Tradition for over 90 years
Four generations of passion: founded by Guido Nussbaumer and run today by his great-granddaughter Marlene Drack. Since 1935 we have stood for true craftsmanship, roasted in the classic Viennese style, balanced, aromatic and especially harmonious. Several times a week we roast our coffee fresh in Gmunden, in the heart of the Salzkammergut, in our drum roaster that is more than 70 years old, traditionally and gently for the best aroma and easy digestibility. We guide every roast by hand, by experience, eye and nose, batch by batch.

Selected beans
We use only selected Arabica highland beans from the best growing regions in the world. Largely traded directly, for maximum quality, transparency and fair origin.

Social commitment
On a trip to origin in Guatemala in 2018, the Lampocoy project, Café de Mujeres, was born: organically grown, hand-picked, directly traded. Through direct trade we pay the women farmers around 45 % more than the usual market rate. In 2018 we financed the building of a school in Lampocoy.
