Right of withdrawal
Sometimes it just doesn't work out, and that's okay. As a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The quickest way is to use our online withdrawal form at the end of this page.
If you use the online form, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt by email, including the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
A note about our coffee: Roasted coffee is a food product. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot take back packages whose seal has been removed after delivery. We will of course take back unopened goods. Coffee that we have ground individually at your request is made to customer specifications and is therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last goods — for recurring deliveries (e.g. coffee subscription), upon receipt of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration:

You can use the online withdrawal function on this page, the model withdrawal form below, or an informal message (e.g. by email or letter). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment used in the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of your withdrawal notification.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to customer specifications (e.g. coffee ground at your request). It expires prematurely for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened coffee packaging). We will of course take back unopened goods.
